We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who combines deep technical expertise with robust leadership and ownership. This role requires someone who can lead from the front, mentor engineers, engage with business and technology stakeholders, and take end-to-end accountability for delivery, quality,
and operational stability of cloud-based and automation-driven solutions.
The role has a primary focus on Logic Apps, Function Apps, cloud platforms, databases, QA, deployment, and version control, with secondary exposure to React.js and RPA technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Delivery Leadership
- Lead solution design and implementation of cloud-native and integration/workflow-based applications
- Act as a technical point of contact, guiding architecture, design decisions, and best practices
- Own end-to-end delivery across ideation, design, build, test, deploy, and operate phases
- Provide realistic effort estimations, identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
- Drive adherence to engineering standards, security, and compliance requirements
- Review code and ensure high standards of performance, scalability, and maintainability
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead from the front by hands-on development
