Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented and energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive sales through tele-calling, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, follow-ups, sales conversion, and achieving assigned targets.

Additional Language proficiency is mandatory – Hindi / Malayalam / Kannada / Telugu.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Handle inbound enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Present and explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update lead and customer details in CRM/software.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Accounts,



and Operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily call reports, follow-up reports, and sales MIS.
- Identify new business opportunities and support overall sales growth.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to generate repeat business.

Language Requirement

Mandatory: Fluent in English + any one additional Indian language:
- Hindi
- Malayalam
- Kannada
- Telugu

Candidates proficient in more than one additional language will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Handling.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
- B2B / Corporate Sales experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00
