Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, budgeting support, data interpretation, and assisting management with accurate financial information for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and management reports.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Analyze revenue, expenses, costs, and financial performance.

Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate financial data.

Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or unusual trends.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist with accounts reconciliation and variance analysis.

Prepare financial models, spreadsheets, and analytical reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation.

Provide analytical support to the Finance Manager and senior management.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.





Ensure financial records and reports are prepared within required timelines.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.

Good understanding of accounting and financial principles.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Good knowledge of financial reporting and MIS.

Excellent attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in:

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA Finance / Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Preferred

Candidates with knowledge of financial analysis, accounting software, ERP systems, or advanced Excel.

Experience

0–3 Years

Freshers with strong academic knowledge and good analytical skills may also apply.
