1.⁠ ⁠POSITION OVERVIEW

The PMC Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the complete project lifecycle for interior fit-out and turnkey projects, from project initiation and planning through execution, handover, and closure.

The role requires strong expertise in project planning, site execution, consultant/client coordination, contractor management, quality control, cost monitoring, procurement coordination, billing, and project documentation.

The PMC Manager will act as the key coordination point between the Client, Design Consultants, Project Management Team, Contractors, Vendors, Procurement, Commercial and Site Execution Teams, ensuring that projects are delivered within the approved time, cost, quality and safety parameters.

Pay: ₹325,829.55 - ₹1,422,258.04 per year
