Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lease Manager to manage and coordinate leasing-related activities for commercial properties, particularly IT Parks, corporate offices, and commercial spaces. The candidate will be responsible for handling tenants, coordinating with landlords/property owners, negotiating lease terms, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of leasing and handover activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end leasing activities for IT Parks, commercial buildings, and corporate office spaces.

Identify and coordinate with prospective tenants, clients, landlords, and property owners.

Handle lease negotiations, commercial discussions, renewals, extensions, and amendments.

Understand and coordinate LOI, Lease Agreement, MOU, Lock-in Period, Security Deposit, Rent Escalation, CAM and other lease terms.

Coordinate with clients and internal design, project, estimation,



and execution teams for smooth project handover.

Conduct property/site visits with prospective clients and explain available spaces and commercial terms.

Maintain proper records of lease agreements, tenant details, renewals, payments, deposits, and related documentation.

Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for lease agreements and related paperwork.

Follow up on rent, deposits, lease renewals, and other commercial commitments.

Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address their leasing-related requirements.

Monitor lease expiry dates and initiate timely renewal discussions.

Coordinate with building management/facility teams regarding handover, fit-out permissions, access, and tenant requirements.

Prepare regular reports on available spaces, occupied spaces, upcoming renewals, and leasing status.
