Role & responsibilities

* Responsible for overall quality control and assurance of rubber products.

* Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.

* Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.

* Conduct and maintain dimensional and physical test reports.

* Handle customer complaints, rejection analysis, NCR, CAPA, and corrective actions.

* Perform root-cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.

* Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and testing documents.

* Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance teams for quality improvement.

* Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing instruments.

* Conduct internal quality audits and support customer audits.

* Implement continuous improvement and reduce rejection/rework.





* Train and guide quality inspectors and production personnel

Preferred candidate profile

* Candidates with 25 years of experience in rubber manufacturing quality control.

* Experience in rubber products, rubber moulding, extrusion, or compounding preferred.

* Good knowledge of rubber testing and inspection methods.

* Hands-on experience in dimensional inspection and laboratory testing.

* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA and NCR.

* Experience in handling customer complaints and quality audits.

* Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.

* Strong problem-solving, communication and team-management skills.

* Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
