Fiducia Accounting Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – UK Accounting to manage and support UK accounting operations, review financial deliverables, lead a team, and manage client communication.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of UK Accounting, UK GAAP/IFRS, management accounts, reconciliations, and bookkeeping, along with experience in team handling and client management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day UK accounting and bookkeeping operations.
- Review management accounts, reconciliations, financial statements, and other accounting deliverables.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle client communication through calls and emails and resolve accounting-related queries.
- Allocate, review, and monitor team workload and performance.
- Review the quality and accuracy of work completed by the team.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Prepare management reports and perform variance analysis.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality client service.
- Mentor and support team members in their day-to-day accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA/ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification or part-qualification will be preferred.

Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in UK Accounting / UK KPO / Outsourced Accounting.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling or team management experience.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UK Accounting and UK GAAP/IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with Xero and Sage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in management accounts, reconciliations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
