Job Description:

We are looking for Sales Executives – Real Estate (Survey) who are energetic, confident and willing to work in the field. The role involves conducting property surveys, identifying potential properties and owners, generating leads, and supporting the company's real estate business development activities.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in real estate, field sales, surveying or business development are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys to identify industrial, commercial and other potential properties.
- Visit different locations and collect accurate property information.
- Identify property owners, investors, buyers and potential business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, market research and networking.
- Collect details such as property location, area, availability, ownership and other relevant information.
- Communicate professionally with property owners and prospective clients.




- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and consultancy team.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads and survey findings.
- Achieve assigned field survey and lead-generation targets.
- Travel within assigned areas as required.

Eligibility & Skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates both are eligible.
- Experience in real estate, field sales, surveying, marketing or business development will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
