? Key Responsibilities

✅
Commercial & Contract Tracking
- Track PODs, invoices, renewals, COLA cycles, and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.

✅
Financial Reporting
- Consolidate BU inputs and maintain transparent, consistent monthly financial views.

✅
Stakeholder Coordination (Internal & External)
- Partner with BU PMOs and customer supplier stakeholders to drive actions, alignment, and closure.

✅
Governance Execution
- Prepare governance packs and track actions through to completion.

✅
Central Account Tracking
- Maintain a unified tracker across financials, contracts, actions, and milestones.

✅
Demand & Visibility Management
- Support tracking of demand requests,



capacity visibility, and account-level insights.

? Key Skills
- Strong coordination and execution discipline.
- Proficiency in
Excel and Power BI
for reporting and data analysis.
- Understanding of financial and contract lifecycle tracking.
- Awareness of service management tools such as
ServiceNow
and
Jira
.
- Familiarity with
AI and automation tools
to:
- Improve reporting efficiency.
- Automate repetitive tasks.
- Generate insights from fragmented data.
