We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding travel requirements, preparing customized travel packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Prepare and present customized domestic and international travel packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, transport, sightseeing, and tour package arrangements.
- Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive travel experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings.
- Coordinate with operations, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Handle customer concerns professionally before, during, and after the trip.




- Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, seasonal offers, and industry trends.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations.
- Ability to create travel itineraries and quotations.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and incentives.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with travel portals, CRM, or booking systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
