We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Boy to join our Firm at Vipin Shah & Associates Developers Private Limited, Cuffe Parade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with office tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. This role requires someone who can work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision, providing support to various departments as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

-Assisting in organizing and maintaining office common areas.
-Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
-Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
-Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
-Handling incoming calls and other communications.
-Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
-Basic banking knowledge.
-Managing filing system, recording information as needed.
-Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing. -Quickly Deliver Papers etc. -Computer Shutdown / Start + Little Knowledge
-Able to take Xerox,



printout, fax, etc.
-Petty Cash Accounts
-Telephone to Receive & dial as required.
-To attend Reception as & when required. -Dusting Office, Maintaining Toiletries. -Able to make Light Snacks & Basic Food. -Tea / Water Service
-Stationery, food items etc. purchase & stock, update on concerned table.

Key skills for an Office Boy/ Peon:
- Prior experience as an office assistance or a similar role.
- 10th pass in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communicating in English Language is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
