Office Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

About the Role

You are the person who keeps Mantraa running every day. Orders, customers, inventory, listings — you own it all. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

What You'll Do
- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Email & Phone
- Generate shipping labels, confirm orders & coordinate with packing team
- Manage escalations with logistics partners
- NDR (Non-Delivery Report) calling — follow up on undelivered orders daily without fail
- Update product listings on Website, Amazon & Flipkart
- List every recent product on all platforms the same day it enters the warehouse
- Track inventory & coordinate with warehouse team
- Check & filter Meta comments daily
- Upsell customers naturally during interactions




- Shoot product photos and refine using Canva for listings and social media
- Post on social media when required
- Send daily end-of-day update to founder

You must have:
- Computer proficiency is non-negotiable — if you are not comfortable on a computer, please do not apply
- Strong communication in Hindi & English
- Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
- Own laptop
- Patient, organized & proactive attitude
- Basic e-commerce knowledge is a plus
- Basic understanding of camera for product photography (we will train you)
- Basic Canva knowledge for editing and refining product images
- Camera confident when required
