We're looking for an experienced appointment setter to join our team long-term. Your primary role is to call inbound leads quickly and book qualified appointments. Speed-to-lead is critical — you'll be expected to dial recent leads as soon as they enter our system.

What you'll do
- Contact leads promptly as they come in and book them into calls
- Maintain a high booking/conversion rate on qualified leads
- Follow up consistently and keep our CRM/pipeline updated
- Represent our brand professionally on every call

What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or in phone-based sales
- A track record of strong booking rates (40%+ preferred)
- Familiarity with online offers / digital products
- Excellent spoken English and clear, professional phone communication
- Reliability and availability to respond to leads quickly during working hours
- A long-term mindset — we want someone who wants to grow with us
