Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented
Field Sales Executive
to generate new business, meet customers, promote company products/services, and achieve assigned sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits, lead generation, customer follow-ups, relationship management, and maintaining accurate sales reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Visit prospective and existing customers within the assigned territory.
- Present and promote company products/services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.
