Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, hands-on and self-sufficient L&D; Specialist to join our HR team. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end responsibility for Learning & Development activities across the business.

The right person should be comfortable working independently, engaging with stakeholders at different levels, identifying learning needs, designing and delivering interventions, and measuring the effectiveness of training.

This is not a role that is limited to training coordination or administration. We are looking for someone who can own the L&D; agenda from end to end and get things done.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Learning Needs & Training Strategy
- Partner with business and HR stakeholders to understand capability and performance gaps.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify development priorities.
- Translate business requirements into practical learning interventions.
- Build and maintain annual and quarterly L&D; plans.

2. Training Design & Delivery
- Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs.




- Develop training content, presentations, facilitator guides, assessments and other learning materials.
- Facilitate onboarding, induction, behavioural, soft skills, process and functional training as required.
- Adapt training programs based on business requirements and learner feedback.
- Support leadership and employee development initiatives.

3. End-to-End L&D; Ownership
- Own the complete training lifecycle from requirement identification through implementation and evaluation.
- Coordinate training calendars, nominations, attendance and completion.
- Maintain accurate L&D; records and documentation.
- Monitor mandatory and compliance-related learning requirements.
- Ensure training programs are delivered within agreed timelines.

4. Learning Effectiveness & Metrics
- Establish and track training effectiveness measures.
- Monitor participation, completion, assessment results and learner feedback
