Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team for Trendcon Aurelius, a premium villa project located in Varthur, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving project revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for Trendcon Aurelius.
- Generate and follow up on leads through digital marketing, channel partners, referrals, and direct sales.
- Conduct site visits and effectively present the project's features, amenities, pricing, and USPs to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and property consultants.
- Handle negotiations, bookings, documentation, and customer queries.




- Monitor individual and team sales performance and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners and drive consistent business through them.
- Track competitor projects and market trends in Varthur, Whitefield, and East Bengaluru.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management.
- Ensure achievement of booking, collection, and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium/luxury residential projects.
- Experience managing a sales team and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market, particularly Varthur, Whitefield, and East Bengaluru.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
