About the Role

As the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will own hiring for Wishup's most critical positions—including leadership roles, niche specialists, and strategic Individual Contributors.

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will act as the company's internal executive search partner, responsible for designing sourcing strategies, conducting talent intelligence, engaging passive candidates, and closing high-calibre professionals.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys executive search, thrives in ambiguity, and believes exceptional companies are built by hiring exceptional people.
