About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven
E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Executive
to own our digital revenue growth. This is
not
a social media manager role, we need someone focused on profitable customer acquisition, ROI and commercial sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Advertising & Performance
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across
Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart and FirstCry
.
- Conduct keyword/search-term analysis, bid adjustments, budget allocation and targeting.
- Monitor competitor pricing, offers, visibility, conversion rates and sales profitability (
ACOS/TACOS
).

2. Social Media & Google Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and scale paid acquisition across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
and
Google (Search, Shopping,



PMax, Remarketing)
.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting and A/B testing to optimize CAC/ROAS and eliminate ad wastage.

3. Analytics & Unit Economics
- Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics:
ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, AOV, Revenue, CR and Contribution Margins
.
- Make data-backed decisions on budget allocation, campaign pausing and SKU prioritization.

4. ? Creative & Social Campaign Support
- Collaborate with creative resources to brief performance-focused ad creatives, content calendars, festival campaigns, product launches and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze creative performance data to identify winning ad formats and hooks.

profitable online revenue
, not vanity metrics (clicks or followers). You should be able to look at our data and answer:
- *Which platform/SKU deserves more budget?*
- *Where are we wasting ad spend?*
