Role Summary

Responsible for Conducting design quality check on the designs to ensure technically

feasible,functionally effective & Compatible to site and execution-ready drawings in coordination

with designers & project managers & 2d experts.The role also ensures that reviewing quotations as

per approved design.

Roles & Responsibilities :

● Ensure the design is validated as per Site feasibility & the design is effectively functional.

● Ensure the design is validated as per modular standards & the design is feasible

● Raise quality observations with clear remarks and coordinate with designers for timely

resolution.

● Work in close coordination with the Draughtman & Designers for the design corrections.

● Ensure the quote is reviewed as per approved designs.

Requirements :

● Experience in Luxury Interior projects.

● Robust knowledge of materials, finishes, modular furniture, hardware, and construction

methods.

● Strong understanding of space planning and technical detailing.





● Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve technical discrepancies

● Ability to collaborate effectively and meet project deadlines.

● Contribute to improving design standards.

● Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication and coordination abilities.

● Structured and process-oriented approach.

● Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

● High level of ownership for assigned project

● Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

● Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, hardware, and mechanisms.

Experience :

5 to 7 years in Luxury interiors project execution & Design Quality check.

Pay: ₹20,347.23 - ₹46,370.30 per month
