Department - Debt Advisory (SME/Large Corporate)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Team Member to drive customer acquisition, business growth, and revenue generation for our Debt Advisory (SME/Large Corporate). The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, networking, and market research.

· Generate leads and arrange meeting with Execution Team / convert prospects into customers.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, business partners, and referral networks.

· Conduct client meetings & presentations.

· Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.

· Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and compliance to facilitate smooth execution.

· Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.





· Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and business performance.

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

· 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, relationship management, banking, NBFC, insuran
