Technumen is hiring We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team and grow with us.

Location: Hyderabad Work From Office Only
Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST
Experience: 24 years
Domain: US IT Staffing / Recruitment

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience recruiting GC & USC candidates
- Experience working on W2 requirements
- Ability to source, screen, qualify and engage candidates effectively
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and job requirements
- Experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ceipal or similar staffing tools is a plus
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work in a night shift environment

Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified IT professionals for W2 opportunities




- Screen candidates and assess technical/communication skills
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with the recruiting and account management teams
- Meet daily/weekly recruiting targets
