Chennai - Guindy (Work from office) & Coimbatore (Work from office)

? Compliance testing (all types of contribution calculation and non- discrimination test)

? Form 5500 preparation (Audited and non-audited plans)

??? ????????????????:

? Responsible of performing compliance processing and testing of defined contribution plans.

? Applying retirement plan regulations and plan provisions to a variety of retirement plans and providers.

? Understanding Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) rules and Internal Revenue Service (IRS)



plan documents.

? Validating contribution based on Client requirement and performing Testing: 402g, ADP/ACP, 410B, 415, 414s, 401(a)4, 416 tests. Analyzing the testing results and performing correction methods for failures.

? Preparation of 5500 forms, schedules, 8955-SSA & 5558.

??? ??????:

? Proficiency in MS Office

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

? Graduate with >65% in academic track

? Experience in compliance testing, 401k, Defined Contribution, form 5500

? Problem Solving ADP / ACP
