About The Role

We are looking for a
Social Media Manager with a strong focus on Creative Strategy & Content
to join our team.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating
social media content, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and brand creatives
, working closely with designers, video editors, performance marketers, and clients.





This is not a traditional social media management role focused only on posting and scheduling. The role is heavily focused on
creative thinking, content planning, visual direction, trend research, copywriting, and managing the creative execution process.

Responsibilities
- Develop social media content ideas, creative concepts, hooks, angles, and content themes for fashion/D2C brands.
- Plan and coordinate social media content across
Instagram, Reels, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts, UGC, and other formats
.
- Research and provide
creative references
for social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and websites.
- Create clear creative briefs and guide designers on
fonts, typography, layouts, colors, imagery, hierarchy, and overall visual direction
.
- Guide video editors on
hooks, storytelling, pacing, transitions, text placement, references, and overall visual treatment
.
- Write
captions, ad copies, headlines, hooks, CTAs, and promotional messaging
