Special Skills

Negotiation Skills, Capacity analysis , Knowledge in Forging & Casting , Incoterm .
- Management of suppliers (domestic and imports) as assigned - (PO & Forecasts)
- Logistic protocols - Settings optimization on BUY items (MOQ / MTQ / lead times /Planner code & Validation of SR/ASL/BPA) , Safety stocks re-sizing & Supplier KANBAN Management, ASN Implementation, Traceability of parts project
- Phasing in / out and production ramp up on BUY/MAKE items
- Supplier capacity follow up, Logistics Audit as per plan and action plan follow-up
- Engineering Change Order application on BUY/MAKE items
- No premium freight to the customer due to delay from supplier or production stoppage
- Suppliers homologation logistic side




- Coordinating with Quality department, purchase to sort out issues arising with suppliers.
- Coordinating with suppliers, for proper paperwork and maintain records.
- Reduction of Dead & Sleeping Stock on continuous monitoring of incoming parts
- To continuously strive for lead time reduction & supplier delivery performance increase
- Coordinate internally for effective Supply chain Management from Input to Output.
- Solving document issues with suppliers related to payment and other issues
- And other tasks given by the procurement manager and management
