WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

For Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist:
• D.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Valid Uttar Pradesh State Pharmacy Council License MANDATORY
• Relevant Retail Pharmacy experience
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Good knowledge of inventory & pharmacy operations

For Store Manager:
• Graduate with relevant Retail / Pharmacy Operations experience
• Strong team handling & leadership skills
• Good knowledge of inventory, sales & store operations
• Ability to drive business targets & customer experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Accurate dispensing & prescription handling
Excellent customer service & patient counselling
Inventory, stock & expiry management
Ensure pharmacy compliance & SOP adherence
Drive sales, diagnostics & multichannel operations
Lead & manage the store team
Ensure smooth store operations & operational excellence
