Role Purpose
As Couchbase evolves its People Operations model, this role acts as the bridge between foundational HR execution and the future of work. You will manage the day-to-day transactional, compliance, and lifecycle operations that keep our team running smoothly, while actively participating in projects that transform how that work gets done.

In this position, you will leverage company-approved AI tools to automate data processing, streamline administrative workflows, and eliminate routine manual tasks. Your day-to-day will balance hands-on People Ops support with AI-forward initiatives, using tech to accelerate programmatic work while applying human judgment, empathy, and oversight to complex, high-touch situations.
