Role & responsibilities
- Aggressive Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end hiring across Credit, Risk, Collections, Sales, and Tech to meet rapid scaling targets.
- Build HR From Scratch: Design and rollout core HR policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks.
- HRMS & Operations Setup: Implement a full-suite HRMS for onboarding, leave, attendance, payroll processing, and exits.
- Compliance & Culture: Ensure 100% statutory labour compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, Gratuity) while managing post-acquisition team integration
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience across talent acquisition and core HR operations, preferably in an NBFC, Fintech, or Banking workplace.
- Proven success setting up HR processes in a 0-to-1
- Deep understanding of lending/NBFC functional profiles
