About the Role
Rang Technologies is looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and strengthen the People function across India. The role will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, building scalable people processes, strengthening employee engagement, and enabling a high-performance culture.

The HR Director will work closely with business leaders and HR teams across locations to ensure that the organizations people strategy supports continued business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and business stakeholders.




- Lead the People function for 270+ employees across India.
- Develop scalable HR frameworks and practices to support organizational growth.
- Identify people-related challenges and proactively develop solutions.

2. HR Operations & Process Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end HR Operations across multiple locations.
- Standardize HR policies, processes, systems, and practices across offices.
- Drive operational excellence and continuously improve HR processes.
- Establish effective HR governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness of HR practices across locations.

3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner with leadership and business teams on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
- Provide strategic direction to the Talent Acquisition function.
- Ensure hiring priorities are aligned with business requirements and growth plans.
- Strengthen talent pipelines for critical and leaders
