About the Role:

Cloud Raptor is seeking an experienced Senior Jira Service Management (JSM) Implementation Specialist to lead endtoend JSM implementations. The role focuses on designing scalable ITSM solutions, configuring Jira Service Management, aligning ITIL processes, and driving successful adoption across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable JSM solutions
- Implement and configure JSM projects, workflows, SLAs, portals, and automations
- Align ITSM processes (incident, request, change, problem, asset, knowledge) with JSM workflows
- Support integrations with Jira Software, Confluence, Slack/Teams, CMDB, identity tools, and reporting platforms
- Drive UAT, golive, training, and adoption activities
- Configure dashboards, reports, and SLA performance views for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and governance compliance

Requirements:




- 8 - 10 years of Service Management/ITSM implementation experience
- 4+ years handson with Jira Service Management/Atlassian tools
- Solid ITIL knowledge and experience with ITSM processes
- Expertise in JSM configuration (workflows, SLAs, queues, request types, automations)
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

Good to Have:
- Atlassian Cloud/Data Center experience
- Experience with Atlassian Assets/Insight CMDB
- Integration experience with Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack, Teams, Okta/Azure AD, ServiceNow, monitoring tools
- Familiarity with marketplace apps (ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, Tempo, eazyBI, Xray, Refined)
- Certifications: Atlassian, ITIL, Agile, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma
