Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers for Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) products with a leading financial services organization.

The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, lead generation, and driving disbursements for Home Loan and LAP products across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business through direct sales, references, DSAs, connectors, and market sourcing.
- Identify and acquire customers for Home Loan and LAP products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, property dealers, and other channel partners.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction,



and disbursement targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Housing Finance, NBFC, or Banking sales.
- Candidates with experience in field sales / relationship management / direct sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of the local Delhi NCR market.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Candidates with an existing network of DSAs, builders, property dealers, or customers will have an advantage.
