The role is focused on organic lead generation, service-based keyword growth, and building a consistent SEO-driven sales pipeline — not client/agency SEO.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Drive
organic leads for web & mobile app development services

- Manage on-page, technical, off-page SEO and content strategies.
- Work closely with the
Sales & Marketing teams
to improve lead quality and conversions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience

- Robust experience in
B2B / IT Services / SaaS SEO
preferred.
- Proven experience in
organic lead generation and conversion-focused SEO
.
- Experience managing a
15+ member SEO team
.
- Data-driven approach with a strong focus on
business outcomes and lead generation
