We are hiring for Head of Marketing for a Luxury Premium retail Store

Experience : 10+ years (Retail, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, beauty or consumer brand

The Head of Marketing will lead the overall marketing function across brand, campaigns, performance marketing, CRM, customer communications, content, events and retail marketing. This is a highly commercial role focused on building brand desirability while driving measurable customer engagement, footfall and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1.Brand & Marketing Strategy

Own and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.

Develop the annual calendar covering campaigns, launches, promotions, events and collaborations.

Maintain a consistent brand voice across Chennai and Recent Delhi.

2.Campaigns & Promotions

Lead campaigns for collections, launches, seasonal promotions, events and store activations.

Develop commercially effective promotions that drive traffic, enquiries, appointments and sales.

Build strategic collaborations with designers, brands, creators and media.





3.Performance Marketing

Own paid social, search, retargeting and digital performance strategy.

Manage agencies, budgets, targets and reporting.

Optimise campaigns against ROAS, revenue, customer acquisition, leads, conversions and store visits.

4.CRM & Customer Marketin g

Own CRM and customer lifecycle strategy.

Develop customer segmentation and targeted WhatsApp, email and SMS campaigns.

Drive customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchases and reactivation.

5.Content & Communications

Set the direction for social media, website, WhatsApp, email and other content channels.

Ensure content is both brand-building and commercially effective.

6.Events & Collaborations

Lead marketing for designer showcases, launches, trunk shows and customer events.

Drive RSVPs, attendance, engagement and post-event sales through effective CRM strategies.
