To ensure safe, compliant, and productive production of medium caliber ammunition components (20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm) including projectile body machining, cavity formation, fuse interface threading, and pre-assembly operations, while adhering to DGQA, PESO, JSG 0102, STANAG, and internal process standards.

To plan, execute, and monitor daily shopfloor production to achieve target output with required quality & supervise manpower, machines, and processes for smooth shift operations and minimum downtime,further maintain process discipline, dimensional accuracy, and traceability of all produced items.

Production Supervisor Machine Shop - Production Management & Quality Control

Monitor CNC/VMC/SPM operations for precision machining of ammunition components

Control cycle time, tool wear, vibration,



and thermal distortion

Drive OEE improvement (Availability, Performance, Quality)

Implement Kaizen and Lean manufacturing practices.

Improve productivity per machine and per operator

Keep track of Quality parameters & implement SPC for critical parameters / dimensions

Follow and manage ISO 19001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certifications requirements.( IMS Requirement)

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on production needs & Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production volume, quality, and downtime.
