Job description:
Buildings maintenance and repairs
Vendor relations and procurements
Rents collection
Finding current tenants
Tenant agreements and relations
Renovation works
Property vacancy remission applications in GHMC
Other govt. Offices related work
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Producing reports in MS excel as per top managements requirements
- producing estimates ,and budget sheets generation for site/floor renovation projects to suit the tenant requirements
Annual Salary: 6,00,000-12,00,000
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
