Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in New Delhi. The Telesales Representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products and services, explain offerings clearly, and convert leads into sales. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing accurate information, addressing basic queries, and maintaining detailed call and sales records in the system.



The role involves meeting daily and monthly sales targets, following scripts and compliance guidelines, coordinating with team members and supervisors, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, processes, and communication standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and target-driven work approach.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and apply feedback for performance improvement.
- Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or BPO environments is preferred but not mandator
