About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling edtech startup redefining career readiness for students and professionals across India, we build digital learning ecosystems that bridge skill gaps with industry-aligned curriculum, AI-powered coaching, and employer partnerships. Our BDA team drives growth through strategic campus alliances, institutional outreach, and revenue-generating partnerships—with a mission to make high-impact career outcomes accessible to every learner.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard academic institutions, training centers, and student communities across target cities to build a scalable B2B pipeline.
- Design and execute partnership proposals, pitch decks, and MoUs aligned with institutional goals and our product offerings.
- Conduct campus roadshows, workshops, and demo sessions to drive student engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging, track campaign ROI, and refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain a high-touch CRM pipeline—track leads, forecast revenue, and report weekly KPIs to leadership.




- Represent Careerbloc at education fairs, university events, and industry conclaves to amplify brand visibility.

Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within edtech, education, or SaaS startup environments
- Robust negotiation and closing skills with documented revenue or partner acquisition targets
- Ability to build relationships with academic decision-makers (HODs, Placement Officers, Principals)
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for pitch decks and demo sessions
- Willingness to travel extensively across Indian cities (up to 60% of working days)
- Preferred
- Experience working with tier-2/3 educational institutions or rural campus networks
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, student engagement analytics, or digital learning tools
- Previous exposure
