What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects with high risk, broad scope, and cross-functional impact.
- Define project scope, governance, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and escalation paths to support successful execution.
- Create and maintain consolidated project schedules, communication plans, risk registers, issue logs, and change controls.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to align on expected outcomes, success criteria, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, risks,
dependencies, and key decisions proactively to leadership and stakeholders.
- Apply the Fiserv Infrastructure Delivery Lifecycle (IDLC)framework and established project management practices across all phases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed workplace to drive accountability, resolve obstacles, and achieve project outcomes.
- Support large-scale change initiatives by translating business objectives into actionable delivery plans and measurable results.
