About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Sr. Sales Consultant for a leading organization in the Wellness & Fitness Services industry in Current Delhi.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales, premium client handling, business development, and revenue generation. This role is suited for professionals who have experience managing high-value clients and consistently achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients, developing new business opportunities, driving upselling and cross-selling, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations and understand individual client requirements.




- Use a consultative selling approach to recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through BTL activities, MOU partnerships, events, referrals and other channels.
- Work closely with the central marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and HNI clients.
- Monitor daily consultation numbers, conversions and revenue performance.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and overall studio revenue.
- Contribute to business development and local market expansion.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of business targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of proven experience in sales
, preferably in premium, consultative or solution-based selling.
