Create test scenarios, cases, data, and acceptance criteria from requirements and user stories.

Perform functional, integration, API, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.

Build and maintain automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, or a comparable tool.

Validate REST APIs, response payloads, status codes, authentication, and negative cases.

Record, prioritise, and track defects in Jira with explicit reproduction steps and evidence.

Maintain regression suites and report test status, risk, and release readiness.

Work within CI/CD pipelines and help the team improve test coverage and feedback time.

What you’ll bring 3–5 years of experience in software testing for web applications and APIs.

Strong understanding of functional testing, regression testing, defect life cycle,



and test planning.

Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright and API testing tools such as Postman or REST clients.

Experience using Jira and working with Agile development teams.

Basic scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, Java, or a similar language.

Understanding of CI/CD workflows and test execution in build pipelines.

Good to have

Experience testing dashboards, data products, or AI-enabled applications.

Exposure to SQL validation, performance testing, or test reporting tools.
