Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage Purchase, Sales, Bank and Expense entries in Tally.
- Perform and review regular Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Manage and monitor Debtors and Creditors.
- Ensure timely follow-up and coordination for customer outstanding payments and vendor payments.
- Prepare and review TDS workings and ensure timely compliance.
- Prepare and review GST workings and related accounting data.
- Handle and maintain complete books of accounts with accuracy.
- Finalize accounts independently and coordinate the complete finalization process with the CA.
- Prepare all required schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for Finalization of Accounts.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors and other external professionals for accounting,



audit and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular MIS Reports to management.
- Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Statements and Fund Flow Statements.
- Monitor financial transactions and highlight discrepancies or issues to management.
- Support management with financial data, reports and analysis for decision-making.
- Ensure proper accounting controls, documentation and timely completion of all accounting activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
