Leading Consumer Products Company is Looking for:
THE ROLE
We''''re hiring one plug-and-go generalist to own the growth surface across both brands — spanning Sales/Outbound, Light Operations, and Growth (SEO/GEO and Ecommerce Marketing). This is not a narrow function with a manager. You will be handed outcomes and the tools to hit them,



and you''''re expected to build and improve your own systems along the way.

You should be a strong generalist who has helped scale a startup from 1 to 10 — comfortable moving between technical SEO, outbound sales execution, and hands-on ecommerce marketing in the same week. You should be genuinely fluent with AI tools (Claude, Clay, and similar), not just aware of them. We expect you to automate your own repetitive work by default.

What You''ll Own
- Sales & Outbound (operate, do not build)
- Run cold email sequences to retail buyers, brokers, and distribution partners
- Build and enrich target lists in Apollo and Clay
- Maintain inbox and domain health: warm-up, domain rotation, sending caps, SPF/DKIM/DMARC monitoring
- A/B test subject lines, copy, and sequences automate and manage follow-ups
- Personalize at the account level — our list is small and finite, so quality beats volume every time. You will not be sending thous
