Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and execute enterprise-scale marketing automation solutions using Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Develop and optimize Marketo programs, including email campaigns, nurtures, webinars, event marketing, operational programs, and customer communications.
- Configure and manage Marketo assets including programs, smart campaigns, forms, landing pages, tokens, segmentation, and dynamic content.
- Support the execution of marketing communications through Marketo while ensuring compliance, governance, deliverability, and operational excellence.
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs using Marketo targeting, segmentation, personalization, and engagement capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to translate business requirements into effective Marketo solutions.
- Monitor and maintain lead lifecycle processes, scoring models, routing rules, deduplication processes, and data quality standards within Marketo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, program performance, integrations,



data synchronization, and platform functionality.
- Optimize email deliverability, engagement, database health, subscription management, and operational processes within Marketo.
- Document Marketo architecture, campaign frameworks, operational standards, and best practices while supporting governance initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation, including significant experience working with Adobe Marketo Engage in an enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise building and managing Marketo programs, smart campaigns, nurtures, operational workflows, webinars, and event marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo forms, landing pages, segmentation, energetic content, tokens, lead scoring, and lifecycle management.
