Job Description: Location Manager - Retail Secured Business

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for Retail Secured Loan products through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel by achieving location-level sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimum productivity, target achievement, and adherence to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners while expanding the network through onboarding of current business partners.
- Monitor the end-to-end loan sourcing process, ensuring compliance with credit, risk, operational, and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to increase market penetration and strengthen the branch's secured lending portfolio.

Preferred Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in Retail Secured Lending (LAP, Mortgage, Home Loan, Secured Business Loans, etc.).
- Strong exposure to DSA channel management, team handling, and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and portfolio growth targets.
