*Job Description* – Portfolio Management & Investor Relations
We Founder Circle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a high-ownership qualified to manage portfolio performance, founder engagement, investor relations, fundraising support, and exit/liquidity opportunities across our investment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Track portfolio performance, MIS, revenue, growth, burn, runway, margins, valuation, and key risks; conduct performance reviews and drive corrective actions.
- Founder Engagement: Work closely with founders as a strategic partner on GTM, growth, business models, fundraising readiness, and execution.
- Investor Relations: Manage investor updates, performance reporting, sensitive communications, and stakeholder expectations.
- Fundraising: Connect portfolio companies with VCs, Micro VCs, institutional investors, family offices, strategic investors, and alternative financing partners.
- Exit & Liquidity: Identify and manage secondary, acquisition, and structured liquidity opportunities; evaluate IRR, MOIC, valuation,
and strategic fit.
- Reporting & Processes: Build dashboards, portfolio reports, scorecards, governance frameworks, and standardized processes; maintain portfolio visibility across platforms such as Tracxn.
Ideal Candidate
3–6 years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Portfolio Management, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or the startup ecosystem. Strong financial analysis, stakeholder management, communication, commercial judgment, and founder-management skills are essential.
