Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing leads from initial enquiry to
successful order closure.
The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation and sales skills, along with the
ability to confidently interact with HNI and premium residential clients.
The candidate will be expected to understand customer requirements,



present suitable elevator solutions,
conduct follow-ups, negotiate commercial terms and successfully convert leads into orders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on B2C sales leads generated by the company.

Contact prospective customers and understand their elevator requirements.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.

Present Brio Elevators' products and solutions in a qualified manner.
Understand customer preferences, budget, project requirements and timelines.
Prepare and communicate quotations and proposals to customers.
Build strong relationships with HNI, premium and high-value residential clients.
Negotiate with customers and work towards achieving successful order closures.
Follow up consistently with prospective customers until the lead is converted or closed.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution after order confirmation.
