B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical
Location:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MEP planning, execution, and coordination for residential/commercial projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, civil, structural, QA/QC, and project teams.
- Supervise Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works.
- Manage MEP contractors, vendors, manpower, materials, quality, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, snag rectification, documentation, and final MEP handover.
Preferred:
Candidates with solid
Real Estate / High-Rise Construction project experience
and proven MEP execution & coordination skills.
