Role Overview:





We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Client servicing and Business development Manager to oversee delivery of multimedia-rich projects includes voice recording, translations, video and articulate courses localization in national and international languages. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards and make sure continues business with effective services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

· Plan, schedule, and manage eLearning media development projects from conception to completion.

· Ensure all media assets are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

2. Client and Stakeholder Management:

· Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback on media
