Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.
Job Requirements :
- 5-16 years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar roles.
- Robust understanding of Snow Development framework (SDLC) principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in developing custom modules, scripts, and integrations using Servicenow API's.
