Business Development Executive
to join our team, drive meaningful client partnerships, and fuel our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement & Conversion:
Promptly follow up with incoming leads, nurture potential clients, and schedule strategic pitch meetings.
- Proposal & Quotation Management:
Draft, customize, and deliver compelling business proposals and commercial quotations tailored to prospective client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:




Act as the key point of contact during initial onboarding, fostering strong, trust-based relationships to ensure high client retention.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate closely with internal design, marketing, and strategy teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.
- CRM & Pipeline Operations:
Maintain an organized CRM database, update active project statuses, track lead stages, and follow up on client payments and invoicing.

What We Are Looking For
- Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
- Client Handling:
Proven ability to manage client expectations, resolve queries professionally, and build long-term rapport.
- Technical Aptitude:
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, and basic lead tracking tools. Experience with CRM software is a strong advantage.
