Role Description
The Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kharagpur. The Branch Manager will oversee overall branch operations, drive business growth,



and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing sales and collections teams, setting and monitoring performance targets, and reviewing key branch metrics. The role involves developing local market strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Branch Manager will also handle credit assessment support, risk mitigation, audit readiness, and staff coaching to maintain a high-performing and ethical branch environment.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in branch management or retail lending operations, preferably within an NBFC or banking environment.
- Solid skills in sales leadership, business development, and portfolio growth in products such as vehicle finance or loans against property.
- Ability to manage collections, monitor credit risk, and maintain healthy asset quality.
